2. Work directly with professional, #RELIABLE ISO certified quarry owners (NOT traders) equipped with #STATE #OF #ART manufacturing facilities, including gang-saw, bridge cutter, water-jet, CnC, polishing line machines, with #CAPACITY to deliver natural stones for various types of projects. By working directly with quarry owners rather than buying locally available material in UAE, we ensure #LOWER & competitive #RATES, punctual partial #CONTINUOS delivery as per #SITE #SCHEDULE of quality required material in various finishes (locally in UAE local traders stock mostly only polished finishes & others such as honed finishes are done by hand machines which do not have the same effect in comparison to using automated polish line machines) and in same colour/shade background in line with site measurements and #IFC #DRAWINGS, with ASTM/EN test results from certified labs confirming that material physical characteristics fall in line with #TECHNICAL #SPECIFICATION standards.

3. To ensure that natural stone once again accounts for 7% to 10% of #OVERALL #PROJECT #BUDGETS as was the case during 1990’s and 2000’s as opposed to 0.5% – 2.5% currently by #EDUCATING all the stakeholders about them and provide #INFORMATION & #SOLUTIONS regarding entire #SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS including #LEAD #TIMES, helping designers boldly #SPECIFY #OTHER #TYPES of natural stone rather than the 10-20 materials (Botticino, Carrara, Absolute Black, Volakas, Crema Marfil, Emprador, Red Alicante, Perlato Sicilia, Indian Green, Gray Sardo, Multicolour Red, etc) that have been “copy/pasted” by designers over the last three decades and make them #APPRECIATE the appearance, i.e., that each piece is #UNIQUE and that veins, dots, calcites are natural #PERFECT #IMPERFECTIONS and NOT defects.
