Our Mission
At Marble Art Global, our mission is to ensure the highest standards in quality, reliability, punctuality and client satisfaction through every step of the natural stone process, from initial inquiry to client handover.
1. Ensuring Stringent Quality Control
We apply strict quality control throughout sourcing and production by selecting blocks and slabs that match approved samples, inspecting cut tiles for any manufacturing defects, and ensuring uniform shade through the dry lay process. Each tile is marked for specific area installation, packed in fumigated wooden boxes, and accompanied by inspection certificates to ensure complete traceability and accountability.
2. Partnering with Reliable, Certified Quarry Owners
We work directly with ISO-certified quarry owners—not traders—who are equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. These facilities include gang-saw, bridge cutter, water-jet, CnC machines, and polishing lines. By primarily sourcing directly from quarries (instead of local UAE suppliers if situation and time allows), we guarantee availability, competitive rates and timely, continuous delivery as per the site schedule. Materials are provided in various finishes, including polished, honed, and others, with consistent background color/shade in line with project specifications and IFC drawings. ASTM/EN test results from certified labs confirm the material’s compliance with technical standards.
3. Promoting Natural Stone in Project Budgets
We aim to restore natural stone’s share of 7% to 10% of overall project budgets, as was common in the 1990s and 2000s, compared to the current 0.5% to 2.5%. By educating stakeholders, we provide detailed information on the entire supply chain process, including lead times, and encourage designers to specify a broader range of natural stones beyond the 10-20 materials that have been commonly used over the last three decades. We help stakeholders appreciate the uniqueness of natural stones, where veins, dots, and calcites are seen as natural imperfections rather than defects. We also inform them of challenges quarry owners and us as suppliers face during the project while also providing designers and other stakeholders with tips on how to ensure they get the best out of natural stones.
