Quality Assurance (QA) involves our experienced Quality Inspectors working closely with quarry owners manufacturing staff explaining requirements such as dimensions and finishes and verifying that all the machinery to be used for polishing and cutting at the factory is functioning properly prior to the start of production.

Once the production begins, as part of Quality Control (QC) our Quality Inspectors will verify that the cut tiles match the approved control samples, especially the background shade (areawise) as well as ensuring that there is no manufacturing defects such as cracked tiles or chiped edges prior to packing the material in fumigated wooden boxes with styrofoam between each tile as well as plastic to ensure they are protected for transportation to destination site as well as it’s offloading. Naturally, the material is always insured just in case of the unexpected.
